The company

A holding company owned by the people who fund it

Capstron Limited holds investments on behalf of its shareholders. You own shares in the company, the company owns the assets, and the board answers to you.

Plainly put

What you are buying into, and what you are not

Plenty of people have been burned by schemes that look like this from a distance. These are the differences that matter.

Capstron is

  • A registered private companyIncorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission under CAMA 2020. You hold real shares, recorded in the register of members.
  • Paid in share value, not interestYour return comes from growth in what each share is worth, plus any dividend the board declares from realised gains.
  • Run by a board and a committeeA board of directors, a three-person investment committee and a signed shareholders’ agreement govern every decision.
  • A long holdThree years at the minimum. Five to ten is closer to what the plan assumes.

Capstron is not

  • A fixed-return schemeNo one at Capstron will promise you 20% or 30% a year. If anyone does, walk away.
  • A savings accountThe money is invested in property and securities. You cannot withdraw it on demand.
  • Open to the publicThere are ten founding places, filled by invitation. Shares are not advertised or sold to anyone else.
  • A contribution groupNobody collects money on WhatsApp. Funds go into a company account that needs two directors to release anything.
